CLOO Performance

Human performance for organizations

Your team doesn’t need more pressure. They need a better way to perform under it.

When pressure, scattered attention, and constant urgency become the norm, even capable people struggle to focus, communicate clearly, and make effective decisions.

CIELO helps employees and leaders recognize what is happening internally, shift their state in real time, and return to their work with greater focus, intention, and control.

Build focus Lead through pressure Sustain performance

The real bottleneck

The problem isn’t always a lack of skill.

Your people may already know what they need to do. But knowing what to do and being internally prepared to do it are not the same thing.

When employees and leaders are operating under chronic pressure, it can appear as:

  • Constant multitasking without meaningful progress
  • Difficulty focusing or completing priority work
  • Reactive communication and avoidable conflict
  • Procrastination, resistance, and decision fatigue
  • Reduced creativity and problem-solving
  • Disengagement, exhaustion, and frequent absences
  • Leaders who understand the strategy but lack the capacity to execute it effectively

The CIELO Method™

Regulation is the gateway. State Before Strategy™.

A practical process for understanding the internal patterns affecting performance, and using breathwork, meditation, and metacognition to respond more intentionally.

  1. Comprehend

Understand what is happening in the brain, body, and nervous system under pressure.

  2. Identify

Recognize pressure patterns, triggers, and performance barriers as they occur.

  3. Engage

Use breathwork, meditation, and metacognition to shift state in real time.

  4. Lead

Choose an intentional response and lead yourself or others effectively through pressure.

  5. Optimize

Build habits and environments that support sustainable performance.

  1. Understand
  2. Recognize
  3. Shift
  4. Lead
  5. Sustain

What changes

What changes when people can shift their state?

  • Greater focus and more intentional use of attention
  • Improved productivity and task completion
  • Clearer decision-making under pressure
  • More thoughtful communication and response control
  • Stronger leadership presence
  • Greater awareness of pressure and burnout patterns
  • Practical tools for recovering and refocusing
  • More sustainable individual and team performance

This is not about eliminating every high-pressure situation. It is about helping people recognize what is happening, create space before reacting, and intentionally choose what happens next.
